We are here to keep you safe

These are the procedures we have in place for the health and safety of our children and team members.

A Hand sanitizing station is located at the entrance of Foundations’ center
Please observe social distancing rules. Markings on the floor indicate 6 feet of distance
Masks are worn by all of our team members (until The governor of Pennsylvania no longer mandates)

Team members and children must wash their hands upon arrival and throughout the day. Additional handwashing will be observed during the pandemic.
Parents have access to the hallway near the enrolled child’s classroom. We are discouraging access to the classroom at this time. The teacher will meet the parent at the entrance to the classroom door. Please observe social distancing rules
Children ages 2 and older who are able to remove a face mask without assistance are encouraged to wear a mask. A child will not be forced to wear a mask

Team members and parents are required to report symptoms of illness and stay home when sick
Children and team members’ temperatures are taken daily upon arrival
If children are displaying symptoms or if fever exceeds 100.4, the child will be separated from other children, while still receiving care from a team member

Each classroom is cleaned routinely during the day, monitored by the Center Director
Areas other than the classrooms will be monitored for compliance by the Center Director
All areas considered “High touch areas” such as door handles and light switches are cleaned frequently
All classrooms are disinfected at the end of each day with a disinfectant
A professional cleaning after hours will take place every weekday evening
